Technical service points on different continents assure customer satisfaction. They are manned with factory trained specialists. Otherwise the manufacturers themselves or their authorized agents take care of warranty and repair obligations. Furthermore, Hospital Engineering itself appoints competent local companies to act as representatives – under full quality assurance and control from the head office. Whatever organisational structure we choose, our services always include installation and warranty of all supplied plant and equipment as well as training.
In the countries where Hospital Engineering operates, the education of personnel alongside the introduction of new machinery and modern treatment methods is of utmost importance. Our respective programmes do not only cover doctors but include paramedics as well as technical staff of the customer, at times even administrators.
From experience we recommend the training of teams rather than individuals; also repeater courses offer an advantage. Whether we train on site, at factory premises or in a renowned hospital depends on the specific customer needs. As a result of our traditional, long standing agreements with first class hospitals and teaching hospitals in the south of Germany as well as our association with the German Society for Tropical Surgery and other professional bodies we can offer focused training programmes. Experience drawn from our history of co-operating with SES (Senior Expert Services), CIM (Centre for International Migration), GTZ (German Technical Cooperation Programme) and in PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects is used to the full benefit of our customers. |
